1.開機(jī)前準(zhǔn)備工作
(1)檢查抽熱風(fēng)管鍘刀是否打開。
(2)檢查電源及電機(jī)電源，北面進(jìn)球處是否有異物。
(3)將提升機(jī)，輸送架位置是否擺放好。
2.開機(jī)順序
(1)打開抽熱風(fēng)管鍘刀后，打開1號(hào)或2號(hào)風(fēng)機(jī)，直至有熱風(fēng)出來(lái)。
(2)打開烘干機(jī)電機(jī)，提升機(jī)電機(jī)。
(3)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常后將待烘干物品每次一袋倒入北面烘球入口處。
3.關(guān)機(jī)順序
(1)檢查烘干機(jī)內(nèi)有無(wú)物料投出。
(2)先關(guān)閉1號(hào)或2號(hào)風(fēng)機(jī)電源，在把抽熱風(fēng)管鍘刀關(guān)閉。
(3)依次關(guān)閉烘干機(jī)電源及提升機(jī)電源。
4.注意事項(xiàng)
(1)開機(jī)烘球時(shí)，應(yīng)先將烘干機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)一會(huì)，看是否有黃球出現(xiàn)。如有出現(xiàn)，應(yīng)先用廢球倒入烘球投料口，直至烘球出料口無(wú)黃色異物等出現(xiàn)，才能正常生產(chǎn)。
(2)如以上辦法還不能解決，應(yīng)叫機(jī)修工把烘干機(jī)出料口處蓋子開打，然后進(jìn)入烘干機(jī)內(nèi)把機(jī)內(nèi)黃球異物等清理出烘干機(jī)，清理干凈后把出料口出蓋子蓋好，在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試生產(chǎn)。
