電控柜由鋼板彎折而成，防水、防塵且具有一定的強度，能支撐電器開關(guān)、變頻器、PLC等器件并起到保護作用，表面經(jīng)防腐處理。
系統(tǒng)由斷路器、變頻器、PLC、傳感器及智能儀表組成，加上必要的連接導(dǎo)線及附件，組成能滿足清洗機的工作條件、操作方便且性能優(yōu)越。
清洗機的控制由斷路器作電源開關(guān)，變頻器和PLC組成控制模塊做功能調(diào)節(jié)，將壓力和流量信號變換后根據(jù)工作需要對變頻器作加速、減速的指令傳遞，并作故障報警用。
清洗機水壓測量數(shù)據(jù)進入控制模塊后，根據(jù)現(xiàn)場工作的水槍數(shù)量增加或減少，由變頻器來自動調(diào)節(jié)的水泵電機的輸出，滿足現(xiàn)場工作需要的水壓和流量。
工作原理：
電源開關(guān)：空氣斷路器合上接通380V/50Hz電源，清洗機準備工作。
控制模塊(PLC和變頻器)：實時接收外部信號并根據(jù)水槍的開關(guān)和清洗機的壓力變化以達到水槍開自動啟動，水槍增加自動提高水泵電機的輸出(或者水槍減少自動降低水泵電機的輸出)，所有水槍關(guān)閉后延時停機。
壓力開關(guān)：實時監(jiān)測管內(nèi)的微差壓力變化并將開關(guān)信號輸出到控制模塊。
壓力變送器：實時監(jiān)測清洗機的壓力變化并轉(zhuǎn)化為標準信號輸出到控制模塊。

Working principle:
Power switch: air circuit breaker close connected 380V/50Hz power, cleaning preparations.
The control module(PLC and inverters): real-time receiving external signals and according to gun switch and the washing machine pressure changes in order to achieve water automatic start, automatic water pump motor output increased to improve(or water reducing automatically reduce the pump motor output), all water closed after delay stopping.
Pressure switch: real-time monitoring tube differential pressure changes and the switch signal output to a control module.
Pressure transmitter: real-time monitoring of cleaning machine pressure changes and transformed into standard signal is output to the control module.
